Publish

Post or schedule content to Instagram and YouTube.

Where

Tools → Publish — use Queue and History tabs.

Complete publish flow

1. Add media — from your library, device upload, link, or AI image (photos and videos as the picker allows).
2. Choose destinations — connected Instagram and/or YouTube accounts.
   • YouTube: pick Public or Private.
   • Images go to Instagram, not YouTube.
3. Caption — write or generate with AI. On Instagram, keep hashtags to at most 5.
4. When — Publish now or schedule a time.
5. Watch Queue for upcoming posts; cancel or retry from History if something fails.

Important product rules

• There is no Story / Shorts picker. Instagram video posts as a Reel automatically.
• Stay inside your plan’s Publish + LIVE storage (Plans).
• Older unused media may be cleaned over time; LIVE assets are kept for active streams.

From Planner, use Schedule post to jump into Publish with context.

Tips

• Connect accounts first under Social accounts.
• Test with Private YouTube before a big Public premiere.
• Failed posts usually mean expired social permissions — reconnect and retry.
