1. Who this Policy covers

• Creators — people who create accounts, workspaces, public pages, stores, or connect social accounts
• Buyers — people who browse or purchase from a creator store (often without a SuperKreator account)
• Visitors — people who view marketing pages, waitlists, or public creator pages

Creator store Privacy, Terms, and Refunds pages are controlled by each creator. This Policy covers how SuperKreator processes data as the platform operator; a creator's store policy covers how that creator uses buyer data they receive through their store.

2. Personal information we collect

Depending on how you interact with the Services, we may collect or process:

• Contact and account details — name, email, phone, username, profile photo, and authentication data (for example Google sign-in or email one-time codes)
• Workspace and membership information — roles, invite or referral codes, and team associations where available
• Billing and subscription data — plan type, renewal status, payment references, coupons, and LIVE seat/hour usage; payment card or UPI details are processed by Cashfree (we do not store full card numbers on our servers)
• Store and order data — products purchased, order IDs, amounts, payment status, digital delivery keys, and shipping addresses for physical products
• Buyer leads shared with creators — name, email, phone, and order history associated with a creator's workspace
• User content — bio links, store themes, product listings, media uploads, coupons, AutoDM copy, scheduled posts, LIVE assets, and legal page text you publish
• Social account data you authorize — Instagram or YouTube identifiers, username, name, profile metadata, and tokens needed to operate publishing, messaging, comments, or LIVE features you enable
• AI feature inputs and outputs — prompts and generated suggestions when you use the AI assistant
• Analytics and product events — page views, clicks, conversions, revenue summaries, and similar usage metrics in creator dashboards
• Device and technical data — IP address, browser type, device identifiers, referrer, cookies or similar technologies, and log data
• Support and communications — messages you send to [email protected] or through in-product support channels

3. How we use personal information

• Provide and operate the Services — accounts, public pages, stores, checkout, digital delivery, orders, analytics, referrals, and dashboard tools
• Process SaaS subscriptions, template purchases, and store payments through our payment partner
• Enable social features you turn on — connect accounts, schedule or publish content, AutoDM flows, and YouTube LIVE within plan limits
• Power AI caption and copy suggestions via third-party model providers
• Communicate about orders, access, billing, product updates, and support
• Secure the Services, prevent fraud and abuse, enforce our Terms, and comply with law
• Improve product performance, reliability, and feature design using aggregated or de-identified insights where practical

4. Cookies and similar technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies for sign-in sessions, security, remembering preferences, and measuring how the Services are used. Checkout return flows may rely on cookies configured to work with our payment partner's redirects. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may break login or checkout.

5. How we disclose personal information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:

• Payment processors — currently Cashfree, to process store checkout and subscription payments
• Infrastructure providers — hosting, databases, object storage (for example Cloudflare R2 for product files and media), email delivery, and job queues
• Auth and identity providers — such as Google, when you choose that sign-in method
• Social platforms — Meta/Instagram and YouTube/Google, when you connect accounts or use publishing, messaging, or LIVE features
• AI model providers — when you use AI assist features that send prompts for generation
• Creators — buyer checkout and contact details needed to fulfill orders and provide support for that creator's store
• Professional advisors and authorities — when required for legal, tax, security, or compliance reasons, or to protect rights and safety
• Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, subject to appropriate confidentiality

6. Instagram and Meta Platform Data

If you connect Instagram, we receive data from Meta only for the account you authorize (for example account id, username, name, and profile picture), plus tokens and webhook events needed for features you enable such as comments or messaging (AutoDM). We use that data to link the account to your SuperKreator workspace, show connected-account details, and operate those features.

We do not sell Meta Platform Data. We do not use it to scrape other people's Instagram profiles. You can disconnect Instagram from Dashboard → Social. Meta's own policies also apply to your use of Instagram.

7. YouTube and Google data

If you connect YouTube (or sign in with Google), we process account identifiers and tokens needed for authentication, publishing, and LIVE streaming features you use. We use this data only to provide those Services. You can disconnect YouTube from Dashboard → Social and revoke access in your Google account settings. Google's privacy terms apply to data Google holds.

8. Creator stores and buyer data

When you buy from a creator, we process checkout information to complete payment, deliver digital goods, and show the order to the creator. Creators may see your name, email, phone, shipping address (for physical products), and order details so they can fulfill and support the purchase.

Creators are responsible for how they handle buyer data under their own store policies and applicable law. For removal requests that only the creator controls (for example marketing lists they keep offline), contact that creator via their store contact page. For data we hold as the platform, contact us as described below.

9. Retention

We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the Services, maintain account and order records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements. Payment and order records may be kept longer than active account data. When we no longer need personal data, we delete or anonymize it where feasible.

10. Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information, including access controls and encrypted connections where appropriate. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; you use the Services at your own residual risk.

11. International processing

We are based in India. Service providers may process data in other countries. Where we transfer personal information internationally, we take steps intended to provide appropriate safeguards consistent with this Policy and applicable law.

12. Children

The Services are not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact [email protected] and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

13. Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or obtain a copy of your personal information, or to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, email [email protected]. You may also:

• Disconnect Instagram or YouTube from Dashboard → Social
• Update profile and store content from your dashboard
• Cancel paid plans through billing tools we provide, subject to our Terms
• Contact a creator about buyer data tied to their store

14. Deleting your data

To delete your SuperKreator account and associated personal information we control, email [email protected] from the address on your account. We will delete or anonymize personal data we control, except records we must keep for legal, tax, payment, fraud-prevention, or dispute-resolution purposes (for example completed order history).

15. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the Services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy, except where additional consent is required by law.
