Instagram AutoDM that answers while the reel is live

AutoDM sends an Instagram message when someone comments, replies to a story, or messages you. The point is timing. A reel that asks people to comment LINK only works if the reply lands before they scroll away.

How AutoDM works

Connect Instagram, name the automation, and pick the trigger: a comment on a post or reel, a story reply, a live comment, an inbound DM, or a share.

Choose any comment, or require keywords. Write the message. Text alone is enough. Text plus a button is how you open a product, the store, your Instagram profile, or a custom URL.

On the free plan you can preview follow-to-unlock. The gate sends only on Creator. When it is on, the person follows you before they receive the link.

What AutoDM will and will not do

The DM should invite a tap on the button. It should not say a checkout link was already sent. The button is the delivery.

Free includes 1,000 AutoDM sends a month. Creator raises that cap. The follow gate stays a Creator feature even if you drafted it on Free.

AutoDM does not replace the store. It delivers the path to the store. It also does not schedule the reel. That is the planner and auto publish.

Why reply from the product instead of the inbox

You cannot type fast enough when a reel spikes. A queued send stays inside platform limits instead of blasting every comment at once.

The message can carry the same offer as the shop, so the comment and the payment are one path.

Keywords keep the automation on the comments you meant to answer, instead of every emoji.
